I’m doing a research about alcoholism and I’m wondering if anybody knows if I can find a facility in Huntington Park which offers an alcohol treatment program. I’m planning to attend alcohol treatment programs so that I will be able to understand alcoholics better. I’m writing about the reasons why they got addicted to alcohol, how they are affected by alcohol, what made them say yes to treatment and how they respond to the program. I really think my research will help a lot of people so please help me. Thanks.
Are there alcohol treatment programs available in Huntington Park, California?

Researching about the lives of alcoholics and the process they undergo to achieve full recovery is a brilliant idea. I think it will be a good reference to all people and it might help other people to stay away from alcohol. Make your research really informative and authentic. Good luck to you and here are some links to help you out with your research:
cool…
a person becomes alcoholic once their sense of conscious logic ceases to inspire moderation due to the quest for temporary worth and a shortcut to private glory.
I was once at a party in Hollywood in 1991, invited there by a youngster who met me at a liquor store line on a Friday night.
At the party was a Pharmacist who was cooking some pure crystalline coke in the oven, who then placed the chunks and powder into a pipe that was passed to all present.
I’d never even thought of doing this, but decided to try it one time, so I could know why people got addicted to crack cocaine.
I took a very slow, deep hit, and held it till I almost floated. It was several times finer than a full-soul orgasm!!! I FELT AN EQUAL TO GOD.
I felt like the King of the Universe, who could do no wrong, …or as though I could make anything happen, if only I thought it.
I felt completely worthy and serene. I uttered, “Now, I understand.”
“What?” they asked.
“Why people get addicted to this stuff.” I never toked it again.
Worthiness without merit is the origin of addiction.

PS – I was born in Huntington Park. In Mission Hospital, on Florence Blvd. Went to Miles Avenue School. Stole 34 Volkswagen hood ornaments on the way to school before I turned 7.
Thanks for the memories!
