Ohio alcohol counseling?

I have to complete 20 hours of alcohol counseling due to a DUI conviction in North Carolina. Now that I’m in Ohio, I’m having trouble finding anything that is close to just 20 hours. I’d rather not do the 72 hour straight drivers intervention course. Does anyone know of anything?
After an assessment, it was determined that I actually do not have a problem with alcohol, but the law requires a minimum of 20 hours. Believe me, I’ve learned my lesson, I don’t drink. 20 hours is all that NC requires for me, I don’t mind doing more, but if there is something less than a 3-day (72 hour) program, I would like to know.

I am interested in becoming a drug and alcohol counselor in the state of Georgia. I understand there is a 40 hour course that certifies people. Could anyone give me more information on this?

He states that although he knows drinking is destructive on many levels, currently, he maintains his job and otherwise provides for his family. He states that excessive drinking helps him “deal” with the realities of life.

How would you approach this conversation?

I’m doing a research about alcoholism and I’m wondering if anybody knows if I can find a facility in Huntington Park which offers an alcohol treatment program. I’m planning to attend alcohol treatment programs so that I will be able to understand alcoholics better. I’m writing about the reasons why they got addicted to alcohol, how they are affected by alcohol, what made them say yes to treatment and how they respond to the program. I really think my research will help a lot of people so please help me. Thanks.

I’m doing a story for my creative writing class, and my main character is a girl whose dad doesn’t want to stop drinking alcohol. I was just wondering what would be a good reason for his refusal. I was also wondering how the girl would convince her dad to go and get himself treated. Any ideas?

I’m currently in Idaho to visit my sister Dana. I’ll be here for an entire month and I’m really having a great time. The thing is, my boss wants me to write an article about alcohol treatment programs. I have to conduct interviews or attend sessions in order to familiarize myself with the topic. Does anybody know a facility that I can visit?
